Pool & facilities
Swimming pool hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM only. Other shared areas follow posted signage where noted.
Children under 12 must have an adult present at the pool deck.
Please shower before entering the pool, use proper swimwear, and follow any signage for events or maintenance.
Food & beverage
Outside food and beverages may be limited in certain venues or packages—ask reservations when booking events or catered stays.
We prioritize cleanliness and guest comfort; spills or leftovers in shared spaces should be cleared with staff assistance when needed.
Quiet hours & conduct
Quiet hours: typically 10:00 PM—7:00 AM. Keep music and gatherings at considerate levels.
Smoking—including e-cigarettes—is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. The resort reserves the right to refuse service for unsafe or disrespectful behaviour.
Pets & service animals

Hours, access & closing
Pool access for registered guests is 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM only. Please leave by closing so staff can secure the area. Short closures may occur for cleaning or repairs—follow signage and staff instructions.
Safety, supervision & behaviour
Children under 12 need an adult on the pool deck at all times. No running, unsafe diving, rough play, or glassware poolside. Intoxicated guests may be asked to leave the pool area.
Hygiene, swimwear & shared gear
Shower before entering and wear proper swimwear. Shared floats or life jackets should be used gently and returned to the rack; lost or damaged loaner items may be charged at replacement cost.
Weather, liability & personal items
The pool may close during storms or water-quality concerns. Swim at your own risk, keep valuables secured, and report slips or equipment problems to staff right away.
